The staff at the hotel were extremely gracious and helpful while we were in Paris. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel room in a fantastic location within the city.

The hotel was fantastic and we were pleasantly suprised by the size of the room and the size and quality of the bathroom. All staff were very friendly and accommodating to all out needs.

We asked for interconnecting rooms and only got adjacent rooms. Apparantly, the hotel does not have interconnecting rooms.

Photos were of the largest roons - our rooms were very small. The rooms faced ontot he main road outside and so were not especially quiet.
The beds were good, room clean.
The satellite TV had very few channels.

Cheap and chearful. Nice staff. Small uninspiring rooms. I suppose you get what you pay for.

The site is EXTREMELY user friendly. My favorite feature is Where we are section where you can select a map of the respective Arrondissement and click on the properties directly from the map. I've never seen this before, and it is fantastic and extremely valuable! After we discovered this feature on ParisBy, we ONLY used your site to locate hotels in Paris.

The service was excellent and breakfast each morning very nice. Our room was a bit more run down (carpet worn, bathroom tiles loose) than we had expected based on the pictures. But overall very nice accommodations.

One of the best surprises about the hotel was it's location. Not only is it a short 5 min walk from Luxembourg Gardens, etc., but the immediate surroundings of shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream cafe, etc. have a very local feel. Feels like a local Parisian neighborhood. And it might be valuable to further mention that they are only a short walk (less than one block and downhill!) from the RER Point Royal Station. That makes it very convenient for airport access.

A good 3 star Parisian hotel in an ideal location (close to Metro and RER, in a quaint, 'Parisian' neighborhood, close to Luxembourg Gardens and St. Germain de Pres) with a hearty breakfast and accommodating and friendly staff. An excellent photel to call your home in Paris!

I think the price was a bit high for the quality of the accommodation and did not have very many amenities. This was definitely not a good value. I would not book at this place again for that reason.

A bit out of the way. If I didn't know Paris well it would have been a really inconvenient location. Though is is in St. Germain it's on the edge of it - it's really Montparnass area.

Overpriced but a clean comfortable hotel. The location is not very central and a bit incovenient to most of the sites in the city. Thought is does have a metro and RER near by they are locations going away from the city.

Airport CDG. Not cleaar signalisations. (Where to pick up the bagage?), Taxi drivvers does not receive credit cards, 2 of three Chesh mashines at the airport didn't work.

Nice hotell, small but clean rooms, not far from the centar, which is very important when you are in Paris. Good place for staying. Just do not open your window. It knows to be noisy during the night. Everything else were ok.

The room was not quite as we expected in terms of decor, although it had everything we needed. The shower was really good. When we asked for a couple more pillows we were told to get them from a cupboard in the hall rather than having them in the room or being brought to us. Also, we had a child being very noisy in a room next door one night, which was annoying. It would have been nice if it was a bit quiter.
Overall though our stay was good with directions to restaurants being printed for us, which was helpful

'Breakfast in the teracce' sounds good but not recommend because the teracce was noisy and not so clean when I stayed.
