this was a great place to get to from CDG as the RER stopped at the corner of the road. area had great places to eat and the Metro took us everywhere in Paris ... you really dont get a feel for how close it is to Notre Dame or the beautiful views of the church. ... great place - well worth it. However we did stay in thier biggest room

The hotel had the perfect location! Pascal at the front desk was helpful, polite, and amiable. The two ladies at the front desk was very pleasant as well, totally debunking the myth the French are rude.

A charmingly clean hotel with beamed ceilings, modren bathrooms, perfectly central with the best view of Notre Dame in town, two minutes walk from the delights of the Left bank packed with restaurants, cafes, musuems and the ghosts of Sartre, Wilde and Stien and a few minutes walk from Ile du la Cite- the oldest part of Paris. Rooms at the back don't have the view but do have more silence!

non of the dest personnel spoke English. Did not have assistance in making dinner reservations or booking tours. They knew how to say YES to everything but did not understand the request. They just said YES. ... We had a room with 'courtyeard view' we had a room that look out on the wall. There is no Courtyaard. ... Yes. How cerntral you are located! We did not have to take transpoartion to any site in Paris we walked. That was Great. Also the large number of eating places around the hotel. And more just a few blocks out. That also was a greaet help. ... Basic French Hotel. Fantstic location you can walk to all the tourist sites in Paris and the number of good resturants around the hotel.

Simona was very helpful and we were delighted with room 22 which had the wonderful view we asked for. It would have been nice to have that same room higher but maybe next time! The accomodations were simple, no frills but very clean and functional. We were very happy! ... My only negative comment is that the air conditioning was not operating at the time of our stay (April 11,12,13, 14). We sometimes wanted to close the windows to keep out the street noise as it could get quite noisy on the weekend, but couldn't do that without the a/c or at least a fan. But being from New York we got used to it! ... Staff was very helpful-- ... Fabulous location, no frills, good value--

The primary hotel desk manager was a gem - a wonderful lady who helped us with restaurant suggestions and made the whole visit more pleasant ... Small room, fantatic view, bathroom had no glass screen to prevent shower water from drenching the whole bathroom. ... No ... Very nice 3 star hotel with fantastic location, average room quality

We all had a positive experience, i.e., myself my wife and out two children. Whatever we needed was provided, although there was not much in the way of information, brochures, or the like, available. In other words, we needed to ask for information since it wasn't readily offered. ... 'WORSE' DOES NOT MEAN 'BAD'
What I mean is...the room(s) were smaller than the photos suggested they would be. And the bottom window of our duplex looked out into a window of an adjacent building, reducing the amount and feeling of privacy. Also, I believe that this accomodation should have included an additional television. The room was clean and well kept. ... Everything was fine and we were assisted in arranging transportation to CDG airport. ... Acceptable. I'd recommend it in terms of value and especially location, which was superb.

Simona at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming- making the experience very pleasant. ... The hotel was excellent in terms of the rooms- they were charming and had a nice view from the windows. The only downfall to the experience was that the housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. On one occasion we only received hand towels which were tiny- no bath towels at all. When I rang reception and requested bath towels, they sent house keeping up and they handed us in two more towels. When I unfolded them they were also hand towels! ... I did not check out, my companion did, so I cannot comment on any aspect of this process ... No I think it is all very well covered on your site. ... The location couldn't be better- within short walking distance of the Louvre, Place De La Concorde, and a pleasant and picturesque walk to the plethora of shops on Hausmann. The rooms are roomy enough by central Paris locations and the staff are charming, and the rooms are good value for money.
