• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is optional so never included. It is a cold buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle whenever you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Spanish, Turkish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor plus 6 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are quiet, and soundproofed, and all are full of charm.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace over the garden or the street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a small balcony overview the courtyard or the street.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  2 non-smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  TV in all rooms, international channels with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialing telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air conditioned. This service is part of the room charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  A PC -corner is at your disposal at the desk with high speed internet (payment directly with VISA card), there is also Wireless Internet Access all inside the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  The car park place du marché saint honoré is 5/6 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major rental companies are present in the Caroussel du Louvre concourse below Louvre Museum and a stride away.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In the north of Paris: Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport
  In the south of Paris: Orly Airport South and West terminal.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies that you pay on the spot.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many stops around the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are 5 main railway stations in Paris and we are in the centre of the city each station can be easily reached.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Opéra or Quatre Septembre.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a small fitness room with sauna. In front of the hotel, there is a new fitness club where you can go with a special package.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small quiet and clean pets are welcome.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can, there is whireless internet in all the hotel.
