I've stayed at the Newton Opera several times and have always been pleased. The rooms are small, but very well laid out with many thoughtful details, such as hooks, mirrors, shelves in the right spot.
Since it is in a business area,it lacks a neighborhood atmosphere. However the location is very convenient and it is easy to make connections. Staff is always gracious and it is a pleasant oasis.

I must say that the hotel was quaint and beautiful and the bed was large as described. However, the room was extremely small. In fact there was less than 12-18' clearance around the bed. Overall it was good and I would stay there again if I was not carrying many bags and did not need any workspace or sitting area in room.

Room size is important. Additionally, it is good to point out the hotels that have large beds, as opposed to those that put 2 smaller beds together (which is very annoying for 2 people). This hotel did have large beds.

the hotel has too small room for breakfast, so time by time there're lines and guests should wait

I was very pleased with the room...I knew the rooms would be small before arriving so that was not a surprise. I thought the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The location of the Hotel Newton Opera was wonderful...great location with small markets, cafes and metro close by.

Quiet, quaint small French Hotel. Friendly staff who graciously spoke english to help us out when needed. Wonderful location. I would stay here again if return to Paris!
