  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. It's, a cold buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, Italian, German and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and 1 elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have TV with cable and satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do, it is for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a parking very close to the hotel, 3 minutes walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask us at the reception!
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Those are Orly and Charles de Gaulle.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Voltais at 30 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Those are Gare de l'Est et Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  It is "Voltaire" at only 30 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is only a breakfast room.
