• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates per room per night. Vat, City tax and service included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Buffet Breakfast is available with extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on the arrival or on the departure date.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 5 floors, all with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Very quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Hotel Neva have rooms on the front street (but with double glazing) and on the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms on the front have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No smoking rooms available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The Hotel Neva have a WI-FI system and guests have a Internet access on the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking at 1 minute walking distance from the Hotel Neva (on payment).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy CDG 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a shuttle pickup airport/hotel/airport at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus stop Charles de Gaulle-Etoile / Arc de Triomphe N° 22-30-31-52-73 and 92.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord 2.5 km and Montparnasse 6 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Charles de Gaulle-Etoile.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small animals are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant at the hotel, only breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wi-Fi, modem connection and computer available only at the lobby.
