• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast in not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival, except the extra charges.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, Arabe.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 4 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms on the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the suites have private terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 2 smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has satellite TV with 26 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms (during summer), and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We will have a swimming pool in summer 2005.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Valet parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  From the concierge, in the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly/Charles de Gaulle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private car can be arranged with the concierge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Filles du Calvaire.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is internet connection in each room.
