  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast is not included in the price. Generous continental breakfast is served.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill will be settle on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French and English are spoken at the reception.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors, above a basement and a ground floor. The hotel has a lift that covers all 7 levels.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Five single rooms (large bed) overlook an inside courtyard and are marginally less exposed to road traffic than the others.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No terraces or courtyard access from any of the rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the second floor rooms benefit from very narrow balconies (only 2 feet wide) which are more of a decorative feature of the hotel than anything else.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Two floors are smoking, the other three are non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have cable TV (14 French and international channels including CNN and BBC WORLD.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    An Internet Access Point for checking your e-mails or surfing the Net is available in the lounge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is a municipal swimming pool 1,5 km from the hotel at following adress : 22 Avenue Georges Lafenetre.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A private car parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There is a Hertz agency 300 metres from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Paris Orly (18 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    The hotel does not operate its own shuttle service, but we can arrange airport transfers by shuttle bus or by taxi on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Bus line 58 runs in front of the hotel and the nearest stop is 50 metres from the hotel entrance. Bus line 62 has a stop 100 metres from the hotel entrance.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare Montparnasse (1 km).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Station Pernéty (line 13): 400 metres from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
