We took the metro & the train from the airport, but would strongly reccommend taking a taxi next time. We didn't know how much it cost but that might be nice to know beforehand.

The room was just like the picture, but was alot smaller than we thought. Also, no air conditioning made it tough to sleep on a busy street.

The receptionist was very patient and kind to my father's requests and questions. We had excellent service and the location was wonderful.

Staff spoke english and were always helpful. Reception also helped in booking transfer from airport to hotel and back to airport. Rooms are very clean but bathroom was quite small. Safe area close to Metro. Very good value for money.

I don't like to use the word worse, because we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little smaller than we expected and not quite as plush as the website looked.

We wanted a room facing Rue Cler. We got a room facing La Motte Picquet. It was more noisy than we expected - and it was smaller than we expected..
We were treated well.

Some of the rooms are very small with only a curain to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room.
