• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and decorated in a romantic soft colours.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 3 rooms on the 6th floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room is equipped with Sat/Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is. Price upon request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the personnel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly (45 minutes).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Rue de Turbigo (line n. 75).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Gare du Nord
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  There are 2 subway stations close to the hotel:
  Arts et Métiers for the lines n.3 and 11 and Republique for the lines n. 5, 9 and 8.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is. The hotel offers a fitness centre with hammam, sauna, solarium and gym facilities.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet directly from your room with your own laptop.
