• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. It is continental French classic breakfast.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay at the arrival or at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Six floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  This is a senior hotel, but the rooms are quiet and all are full of charm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The building is a small side street. Two thirds of the rooms overlook the street but there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are so few rooms that we cannot afford no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  International chains are available (satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, Internet point is not available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private car park place near the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major rental companies are present in the Caroussel du Louvre concourse below Louvre Museum.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In the north of Paris: Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport.
  In the south of Paris: Orly Airport South and West terminal.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies, but only to the airport.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many stops around the hotel.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are 5 main railway stations in Paris and we are in the centre of the city each station can be easily reached.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Pere Lachaise station is about 100 metres away (line 2 or 3) .
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can connect your computer from all rooms.
