Forgot the voucher, but we were not asked for it as they had all the infomation for the booking on the computer.

Mice in th ereception area and kitchen were a little disconcerting.
Privacy with regards to three of the four rooms bath rooms was a bit of an issue. They had no curtain or blind, so everybody in the street or buildings opposite could view you on the toilet or washing! Mine didn't have a window, so I did'n't have that problem!!

Breakfast of one croissont and a hard (stale?) roll with jam and coffee. Could have been a bit more substantial given it's seperate cost.

We asked for a double and we got a very big triple room with a huge bath (so unusual in Paris!) and nice windows in both rooms, nevertheless the room was very quiet because of the double glass.
Good breakfast, cleaning ok.
I would stongly suggest this Hotel.

I´d like to suggest that some items of the breakfast should be changed from time to time. For example, I´ve stayed there for 5 days and every day they served the same type of bread (three kinds, in fact, but always the same). They should include some fruits and different cheese, ham or else.
It would be great if there were at least a small fridge in the room.

A very good place to stay. Near the Galleries Lafayette and many touristic points. Very clean. People there are very kind and helpful. I recommend.

Central location. Opera and nice shopping close by. Walking distance to Gare de Nord and l'Est, to Forum les Halles, to Montmartre etc. Easy access everywhere with two metro stations close by. At this side of the river this is a perfect place to stay.

The only problem was due to a failure in the Internet connection with your database.by the time of the booking the hotel internet was not working so our resevation was sent by fax. Apart from that no problems at all.

normaly the check-in time was 14h00, but when i arrived 12h00 for pose my lagages,
the receptionist accepted helpfuly that i used the room from that heure. It's very kind!

regretably, the building where is next door to the hotel was the restaurant, and saturday night there was a concert which was noisy...

I reserved a double twin room, and the hotel assigned me a double room, we were two men, so the situation wasn't comfortable.
The recepcionist put a single bed in the room for this night and the next day reassigned an a double twin room. But the room was too smal for a double bed and a single bed.

Room had not been refurbished in recent times although the bed was newish and clean. Room smelt had old dingy feel about it. Could not call international using phone card in room or lobby.

It was loud and the elevator wasn't working during the stay. The breakfast wasn't very delicious.

We couldn't pay with credit-card (we tried with two different cards). The problem weren't the credit-cards. The machine wasn't working. We asked for an invoice, but this wasn't possible. So we had to withdraw at a cashpoint (which cost us fees). This was very annoying.

The hotel is central located, near an metro and shopping center. It's not to modern and the rooms aren't good isolated.
