1 Worn carpets on the landing were not good 2 Time delay switches in public areas are old fashioned even allowing for the class of hotel. 3 The cleaning of the room was poor; a shampoo satchet from the previous occupant was there when I arrived and there when I left. 4 No-one asked for my room number at b'fast and it was not charged until I pointed this out.
