• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our continental buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, bill is settled at check out. Speedy check out is available.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 25 floors with 8 elevators available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private. Upper floors offer amazing views on Paris.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do. Some floors are entirely non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with a large selection of international channels available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not. There is a public swimming pool 200 metres far from the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a large and secured parking is available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but the Air France shuttle bus stops very close to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse railway station, 100 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Montparnasse Bienvenue station for lines n. 4,6,12 and Gaité for line n. 13.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are 2 restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from all rooms. Wi-fi access in the lobby available.
