• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. American buffet breakfast is available with extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Italian and French!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are two rooms with a nice balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are two rooms with big terraces.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are two non smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV in all the rooms with Pay TV and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the telephone calls are transferred from the reception desk.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are air conditioning in all the rooms, there are no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage (on extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rent companies near our hotel and you can have information at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport (15 km), Charles de Gaulle airport ( 25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pick up service but it should be booked first at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Line 42 is 20 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse Station is 2 km from our hotel and you have direct metro line to our hotel (line 6, Dupleix Station).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Dupleix Station is just in front of our Hotel (line 6).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a fitness center in our property with:
  Exercise machines, Sauna, Jet shower, Changing rooms with individual lockers.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do not have restaurant in our hotel but we are located in an area with a lot of restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Internet connection in all the rooms.
