• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 1:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before 11:30 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, buffet breakfast is not inluded in the price. There is an extra charge of 10 Euro per person per day.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Spanish, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room has telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  On request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking is 2 minutes away. For this there is an extra charge of 15 Euro per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Gare de L'Est.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly Airport in Paris. It is at 18 km from the hotel. Charles de Gaulle Airport is 22 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 1 minute away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Gare de L'Est, 300 meters away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro stop is Gare de L'Est; it is at 300 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small and clean animals are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
