• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rate is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of the rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have 12 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have LCD screen TV with 18 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is included in the price and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we have wireless Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public car park 1 minute far from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are approx. 25 km from Orly/Charles de Gaulle airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but thanks to our central location the hotel is easy accessible from Orly and GCD airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 400 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Gare St. Lazare" is 1 min. walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is Madeleine, few steps away
  or Saint Lazare or Saint Augustin 1 minute walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We have wireless Internet access.
