Excellent location; many pucblic transport links less than a block away. Staff friendly and helpful. Spotless rooms. Good breakfast.

rooms were too small! The first night was horrible due to the fact that is was warm and noisy...
We changed rooms and these were very comfortable under the rooftop.
It had been better as these options were shown to me before the first night

the staff were very helpful when we rang in advance of check in and were very happy to facilitate a late check in for us

Our room overlooked a police station and was
noisy throughout both nights. The room was
very small, but we knew of that before we
booked. We were very satisfied with Parisby
and will use your service again.

If you want to stay near Place d'Italie (an
interesting vibrant neighborhood) Hotel La
Manufacture has a great location, is well-run
and has all the conveniences at a very
reasonable rate. It is not the best location
for a first time visit to Paris and doesn't
have a lot of charm.

Small room but well laid out, very modern and clean.

Lovely well appointed boutique hotel, the renovations have resulted in a building with warmth and character but with modern amenities. Very happy with our Parisian stay. Vive La Manufacture!

We have mixed feelings. The first room was a tiny double with an extra bed. It was so small that opening the bathroom door blocked the TV, and we were not able to walk around the room without stepping on the extra bed. We upgraded the next day to a lovely triple 'suite' with a separate area for our son. We were completely happy with the second room and felt they gave us a fair price for the upgrade. The first room was much smaller than any of the pictures would indicate.

The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating (directions, making reservations, lending a corkscrew, upgrading the room).

Lovely service and modern, stylish accomodations. Rooms can be small. Nice residential neighborhood where we felt very safe and comfortable (hotel is next to a police station!).

A bit noisy with the Police station opposite, but Paris IS noisy.
Also a shower curtain or screeen would be good to avoid the floor getting wet.

A very nice medium priced hotel as detailed in the description. A good quiet location but near the Metro. Yes the room was small but clean and a good shower. The only thing that would have been nice is some tea or coffee facilities available throughout the day other than breakfast.

Room (58) was a bit small; it was sometimes noisy because of the police department just in front of the room. Things on the web look always better than in reality...

It was not clear if the breakfast was included or not; at the end I was not charged for the breakfast and I appreciated that.

Be clearer (on the reservation, not on the web site) about breakfast.

Absolutely recommendable.
A bit from the centre, but easily reached by public transportation and very convient if you travelling via Gare de Lyon.
