Pushpa was extremely nice and most helpful. He was eager and willing to confirm our dinner reservations and did so immediately. He and the rest of the desk staff were wonderful.

The room was always cleaned and ready upon our daily return. We were given a nice bottle of champagne on our anniversary with glasses and a nice note of congratulations from the hotel.

The staff had a nice breakfast waiting for us at 6 AM in the lobby so we could eat before departure for the airport and called to confirm our shuttle pick up.

In addition to the typical petite dejourner they also had a menu of eggs, omlets and other more complete breakfast options than advertised. A nice surprise when we found out about it, but never noted anywhere.

The perfect French hotel in the perfect location with the look and feel of old Paris and all the room and comfort of a nice American hotel.

There is only one problem with this hotel it is across and just down the road from an Irish Pub which is open till 3am and this kept us awake both nights which was terrible especially when we had our little 2 year old boy with us.

Great, central but if that Irish Pub would not have been there it would have been perfect.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Wifi access is not very reliable - slow and not always available.

Lovely but not extravagant hotel in an otherwise extravagant part of Paris (Place Vendome - Dior, Chanel, etc). Incredibly large rooms by any standards, and especially by French ones. Lots of character. One of the most charming day staff I have ever encountered, fluent in English and eager to help.

el cuarto asignado quedaba por debajo de la habitacion se servicio con piso de madera , con lo que se escuchaban todas las maņanasel accionar de el personal de servicio.Antes de retirarme de el hotel amablemente me mostraron otras habitaciones de la misma categoria,siendo estas mucho mejores.-

We had a lovely room during our initial stay. We then booked a suite for one night when we returned to Paris a week later. It was absolutely breathtaking--truly outstanding, with beautiful antiques, and a lovely view of the Place Vendome.
The location was excellent, and the staff was always extremely pleasant.

I don't recall specifically what was written on the web site, as we booked through you as a result of a very positive recommendation by a friend who had stayed there many times. I do know that an extensive renovation had taken place in this vintage building, without removing any of the quaint features that one expects to see in a building of this age.

I would highly recommend it to any and all of our friends, particularly those who love the charm of an older faciility while also expecting modern amenities. The rooms were larger than one would typically anticipate in a European hotel, certainly more the size people are accustomed to in the states. It was clean and well cared for, with a very caring staff. It was an extremely pleasant experience for us.

Our stay was delightful and the room was wonderfully large with a very comfortable bed. Our only regret was the lack of a proper shower since the bathtub was too narrow to stand up and shower comfortably. But with such a wonderfully located hotel, and a quiet and large room we have only praise for our stay. Thank you.

For Americans, careful description of the bathroom with bathtub, shower, or both would be appreciated.

My room was very spacious, but because of the age, the floor was very uneven.
The staff was wonderful and the room service very prompt, we had 2 rooms and were very pleased.
Unfortunately, the construction on the street was very noisy in the morning.
