The Hotel Malte Opera in Paris is clean, efficient, and friendly. I found the staff courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect: within easy walking distance of most of Paris. I particulary appreciated the fact that the staff answered me in French, when I spoke to them in French, and in English, when I spoke to them in English. (I am trying to improve my French, and I use that language whenever I can, but sometimes I must make inquiries in English.)

The hotel kindly stored our luggage for us so we could tour the city without it.

The bathroom was newly refurbished - it was the cleanest bathroom we'd ever seen!
