  No, our rich continental breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One balcony in the Penthouse Suite Only.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms and "Pay per view" movie channel with charge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal.

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. Public Car Park with charge only.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The Reception Desk is at your disposal.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is at The Raphael Hotel (sister hotel, 5 minutes walk from Majestic Hotel).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets with charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but at The Raphael Hotel (same hotel group, 5 minutes walk from Majestic Hotel): gastromic Restaurant 'La Salle à Manger'.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
