We're surprised that the staff spoke very limited English. ... The room was smaller than I expected and envisioned. ... The staff that assisted with our check out was very good as we had to leave early in the morning. He actually got us breakfast before they 'official' breakfast time. ... Very convenient location, great buffet breakfast.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic as well as the view from our room superb. Our only complaints were that each time I took a shower (over the bath) the whole (and I mean whole) of the bathroom floor flooded - right up to the door. Mentioned it to the desk staff but we speak no French and am not too sure if they understood. Also, we found the desk staff not that polite or friendly but we did not mind but others I am sure would - perhaps as I say we do not speak one word of French. ... Breakfasts were superb! ... A must stay and would definately stay again - hop-on hop-off busstop right outside as well as the underground over the road. What a pleasure.

The room seemed a bit small, but otherwise was comfortable and well kept. ... The hotel provides a good breakfast. ... A well located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Although the room was a little small it was great place to stay in Paris for five days.

The concierge service is not very adequate in the hotel. ... I would say the location is great, and that's what you pay for. The hotel is nice enough, but the rooms are small and it's difficult to communicate with the weekend staff in english.
