• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if credit card given as garantee for the booking.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors. The hotel has a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some rooms situated on the back quieter than the ones on the front.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. We have CNN, BBC, TVE, RAI 1, ZDF.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. There is no extra charge for air-conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have one accessible to all guests through WIFI. Clients can also use their personal computer from their room using the WIFI system.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are 2 public parking areas very near the hotel. Price 25 euros for 24 hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the parking in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy at 35 kms.
  Orly at 20 kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise for the guests pick with a shuttle at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On the Madeleine Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint-Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Madeleine station at the corner at 2 minutes from the hotel, betweend rue Tronchet and Madeleine Square.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with an extra charge, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with the WIFI system.
