• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is not included, with egg, ham, bacon, cereals, juices, fruits, jam, many kind of tea and infusion.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and a little of Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors, which can be accessable by elevator
  and the 7th floor by walk (stairs 1 floor).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. There is a computer at the reception forfait payable, plus wireless access in the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not available at the hotel, but just near by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Saint Lazare station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do at an extra charge.

• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Madeleine subway 3 minutes walk 1st street on the right place Madeleine and then 2nd street on the right is our street.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but there are in the nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are at an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, with wireless but it is payable access forfait.
