• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  This is the price per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price and this is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 6 floors in the building.

• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but we have Wi-fi access in the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking is available nearby (2 minutes, to the Gare de Lyon "Parking Méditérranée").
• Where can we rent a car?
  Gare de Lyon station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have but the bus "Air France" goes directly from Gare de Lyon (near by the hotel) to CDG airport. It takes about 45-60 minutes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The subway stop is "Gare de Lyon" line 1,14, RER A or RER D.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
