The Hotel is a great location (2 minutes walk from the metro station) and a few minutes to walk to the main attractions indeed which was really convinient. The hotel staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms are clean but small (honestly, from my experience most of the hotels in Paris have small rooms).We have not have breakfasts in the hotel as the price of EUR 14 for coffee and tea-cake sounds expensive, but there are a lot of nice places around where you can have a brekfast for EUR 6

next time if I stay in this hotel I would encourage hotel staff to provide a kettle and cups to enable visitors to have some tea/coffee.

The manager who was on duty was really helpful and nice and allowed us to leave our luggage after the check-out in the lobby (our flight was at 00.30 a.m.). Special thanks to him
