We needed to find a clearer map showing Rue des Bons Enfants before our arrival as your directions were only fairly clear and we arrived at night. ... We would have liked to be able to have a hot drink of tea or coffee during the hours we were at the hotel. This was not available and to get a hot drink we had to go to a local cafe/bar. Perhaps a kettle in the room and courtesy tea and coffee bags are a possibility. There was a dispensing machine on site but it was not in operation during our stay. Apart from this aspect, everything about the hotel, including its position, was superb and we would use the facility again. It helped to provide a wonderful experience in Paris. ... This was very comfortably achieved. ... No tea/coffee making facilities in either the room or the hotel for guests. Had the dispensing machine been working, tea or coffee would still have been fairly expensive. ... It has a wonderful position, friendly and charming staff. The rooms are exactly what was expected and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel must be used if accommodation in Paris is required, especially as it is in the centre of everything to see.

We arrived at 8 AM. Our room was ready although the official check in time is much later in the day. ... Very pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable! ... The charges for our stay were very good value based on the location of the hotel and the proximity to major Paris attractions. ... None ... Perfect for any trip to Paris. Location is excellent. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly.

We arrived at midday on Sunday. The rooms were not ready but we were able to leave our cases and return. ... The rooms were extremely clean, breakfasts were good and the staff extremely polite and helpful. ... Central, clean and comfortable with good service. Rooms were on the small side, but adequate.

Very centrally located - easy access to the Left Bank, Marais and Grands Magasins. The hotel is in a quiet side street but with a number of restaurants nearby. Some noise from the metro below but not enough to be disturbing. Rooms were very small but nicely decorated. Breakfast was a bit minimalist but reasonably priced.

we arrived 22.30, Feb 26. I'm not sure if it was a night porter or receptionist but he was NOT friendly and provided us with no information other than our key. All other reception staff were fine, unfortunately first impressions count ! ... We stayed in room 107. It was smaller than we expected. There was also a very unpleasant smell which would only go if the window was open, unfortunately in February this is not always possible.
... Checking out was fine. A taxi was called and arrived within 10 mins. ... Maybe you should warn people about the EXTREMLEY surley night reception staff !!
The location was superb which was basically all we wanted. Polite reception staff would have been a bonus ! ... Great location. Don't expect much other than a bed for the night.

even though your directions to the proprety were very clear, on arrival at CDG we had problems getting there, mainly because of language problems. but once we got there, then we could manage thereafter. ... since most of the people in paris do not speak or understand english well, we had some problems and this was also one of the main reasons to locate the hotel. the room was very clean though not very spacious. the bed could also be bigger for two. ... there was no hassle checking out ... good clean hotel offering absolute privacy. ... i will not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends
