• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our continental breakfast comes as an extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is up to you, you can also settle the bill upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have ask at booking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes there is at an extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No there is not. There is a public parking not too far.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At only 10 minute walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Charles de Gaulle Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have, ask at reception.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Palais Royal.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Gare de Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  It is Palais Royal Musée du Louvre at only 2mn walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No there are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is not, we only serve breakfast in the premises.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
