• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Is available upon an extra fee. Either Buffet or Continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle whenever you want. An imprint of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, some Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor plus 5 floors and there is an elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are quiet and all are full of charm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are so few rooms that we cannot afford no smoking rooms but we take good care for non smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. We have Pay-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialing telephone in each room.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Certain rooms has air conditioning. There is no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, broadband Internet access available at reception office for use of hotel customers.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or closed to the hotel there are many rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In the north of Paris : Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport
  In the south of Paris : Orly Airport South and West terminal.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies that you pay on the spot.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many stops around the hotel.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are 5 main railway stations in Paris and we are in the centre of the city each station can be easily reached.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Nearby there are 1 subway stop : on line 13 PERNETY they are about 20 metres away.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small quiet and clean pets are welcome.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No you can't, but we have internet point at the reception.
