• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per room and includes all taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Buffet Breakfast is extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors, a lift is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some of the rooms are located on a quiet courtyard, ask reception for more details.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  See above.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with a Color TV with internationnal Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with a direct dialing phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Not yet available, we are working about it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, an internet computer is available at the reception: ask details at reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No parking available, ask reception to know the nearest paying parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the closest train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaule and Orly are both at equal distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request : ask reception for more details.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 50 meters away : Pigalle stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint Lazarre - Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Subway stop is about 50 meters away from the hotel, station is Pigalle.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome, ask reception for further details.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the area proposes a large range of restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet in all rooms, but WIFI is available in some rooms: ask reception for more information.
