• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, Continental Buffet Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  First building: 8 floors with lift
  Second building: 4 floors with lift
  Third Building: 3 floors no lift
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are very quiet, located on one of both courtyards available in the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms avaiable on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with a Color TV with internationnal channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialing phone available in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  An Internet computer is available at the reception (ask for details at the reception). WIFI is available in somme of the rooms (ask for details at the reception).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not at the hotel, but the reception can give you the address for the nearest parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Train station Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both are equal distance : Charles de Gaule and Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request: see for details with reception.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Jaurès: 50 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Walking from the subway stop is about 1 mn.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, ask reception for details.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
