I actually don't remember your directions as I didn't need them. ... I've been at Les Trois Poussins twice before so I knew what I was getting. ... Flat screen tvs in the rooms. Small, but new flat screens, which were upgrades from the last time we stayed there [March '04]. Towels are a bit harsh. If you need soft, luxurious bath towels, bring your own. ... Nice location in a real neighborhood, very convenient to Metro but tucked away enough that you don't feel you're in the middle of either tourist central or a busy street. Walking distance to Montmartre yet not too close to any of the red-light businesses. Clean rooms. Great to have the room w/ a small refrigerator and option to use stove, too.

Clean, efficient and very good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Located close enough to the centre of town, but far enough to get away from it all.

It was a good hotel by Paris standards and I would thoroughly recommend it to other travellers. The breakfast was nice, fresh and there was ample food. ... Good clean hotel with good food in a great location.

Getting a taxi from Gare du Nord is a very cheap and quick way to get to this hotel - much better than changing metros when lugging suitcases. ... Might be worth making it clear that there is an additional 15 Euro charge to use the kitchenettes that are in some of the rooms....I noticed onanother travel site that people were saying it was useless to have a kitchenette with no utensils....I think they may not have understood that there is an extra charge involved. ... No
... An excellent small friendly and attractive hotel in a great location - quiet, not overrun by tourists, village atmosphere with a deligthful shopping street (Rue des Martyrs) right next door. an easy walk to Galleris Lafayette and a choice of other transport options close by - metro, bus, TGV etc

Very helpful receptioist. Provided additional local information and map without prompting, and always willing to answer specific questions during stay, in a helpful and postive way. ... Excellent room, good bed, large, quiet and clean. Having experienced a number of other Paris hotels, this last point is perhaps worth emphasising. ... Might have been helpful to have up to date details about Metro station closures, one local station (I think nearest) has been closed most of the year. Especially as next nearest one way involved walking back through a red light district! ... Excellent as a hotel, both as to room and staff, and a good base to visit Paris from. Local area itself not perhaps the most salubrious, but some interseting shops. Ideal if you are into guitars.

A very pleasant hotel conveniently situated for Gare du Nord, yet in a much quieter street than one would expect in the area. local amenities excellent. ... Recommended!

We each had a large bag that fit into the elevator, surprisingly, and to lobby was inviting upon our arrival. ... Our view of Paris was wonderful, and we had a small kitchenette, which was a nice surprise. We had one problem, I received a phone call from my husband in the states, and they did not give me the message until we were checking out of the hotel, two days later. Other than that, our stay was great. ... They did not mention that the view was great, and we had a larger room than I expected. The kitchen was a bonus!! ... It really is a romantic hotel, with a great location, that I did not appreciate until I got there.

Voucher said supeior room, if it was, it was still quite small, but clean and tidy. ... Very nice, small clean place well tucked out of the way, but only 2 streets from Pigalle! take the RER/Metro to CDG, not the taxi, they start the meter as soon as they are called so there's 10euros on the meter when they arrive.....

Very friendly and welcoming. Excellent. ... Excellent location, clean, fresh room. ... We did ask for a superior room but did not think it value for money as it was a bit small. ... Very happy with our stay and the people were excellent. ... Warm, friendly and would recommend without a doubt. Would stay again and hopefully will.
