• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the room price. It is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are six floors and the elevator is from the 1st level. (we have somebody to help with suitcases).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are romantic and quiet rooms. Standard rooms are very quiet because they face an inside courtyard; luxury rooms and superior rooms are facing the street, but they have double glasses and they are soundproofed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don not have non smoking rooms, but the lobby and the breakfast room are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is TV in all rooms with International channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air-conditionning, all year and without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an internet access at the front desk and Wi Fi access in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is not available at the hotel, but there is a public one in rue Mazarine (2 minute from our hôtel).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the street, rue Dauphine.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is Odeon. It is at 3 minute walking. You cross the Boulvard St Germain, take the small street Ancienne Comédie, follow rue Dauphine and we are in the first part of the street on your right.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you have either a plug or Wi fi access.
