• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our full continental buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No bill is settled on departure. Speedy check out is available.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 9 floors. 5 elevators are available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. Some floors are entirely non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all rooms with a large selection of international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all rooms with no extra charge. Air conditioning is individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a large and secured parking is available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the concierge desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Orly, but we have direct access by Air France shuttle bus from Charles de Gaulle airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but the Air France shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porte Maillot.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare St Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest station is Porte Maillot on line n.1, 50 m far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but an extensive fitness center is available in front of the hotel. Entrance is offered to the Executive Rooms please ask the concierge for your free pass.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are 2 restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from all rooms.
