The only slight comlaint would be that the breakfast table was poor, that means, the plates were not completet, but a little empty.
The special offer with welcome-gift and the ticket to 'Les Bateau Parisienne' was much appreciated.

It was a clean, proper hotel, in the nicest area of Paris. The service was good and the personel friendly and helpful. It was well situated near many famous tourist sites. and the metro is never far away.

It is a very comfortable hotel with a great staff and great rooms. Everything was excellent and exactly as indicated on the website, except that once you arrive everything is made personal by the warm and service-oriented staff. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel and one of the best hotel experiences of our multi-country trip.

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location, with direct RER connectionn from CDG to within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. Generous breakfast table well worth the extra few Euros. Central to main visitor attractions on foot, Metro, RER. Nearby, lots of places to eat, supermarkets and market.

We would have preferred a room looking towards the street. We got one facing backwards. There was no possibility to give my bestwestern card info.
Perhaps, that would have made a difference.
The room was very small and the fact that they painted the corridors was during our stay made it somehow unpleasant (smell of the paint).

The woman at the desk was friendly,
extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She
provided extra information and made
appropriate suggestyion after she determined
that we had visited Paris on other
occasions. We arrived early in the morning,
she stored our luggage and saw to it that
our rooms were ready within the hour.

arrival, and it was a bit larger than most
Paris rooms we have experienced in the past.
The location was ideal. In all, no negative
surprises at all.

and obtain a shuttle to the airport which
was a better rate than the one I had thought
of using. This was a big help as there were
four of us traveling together with several
peices of luggage.

I actually enjoyed my stay very much, and thought the location was perfect for what I wanted to do. However, my single room was tiny, and had no view whatsoever. It was even a little depressing. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The web site might make it clearer that the single rooms are cozy and are not located on the stret side of the hotel.

Because it was our anniversary, they upgraded our room from a standard double to a superior double! She also took the time to explain some sights and shops to visit.

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location. It is situated on a quite street in the heart of the Latin Quarter. There are many excellent restraurants and shops in the area and all sites can be seen on foot. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are exactly as shown on the website. Excellent value for your money.

Friendly service, clean rooms (though a bit on the small side, but it is Paris), within walking distance of all the major sites and just a few blocks from a metro and RER stop. The hotel was also near many fine restaurants and cafes, so if you don't feel like going outside your arrondissement for dinner, one has many choices!

Clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location, close to a metro and rer station, Notre Dame and Sorbonne. Room and what else we saw of the hotel was beautifully decorated and, as the hotel is situated in a side street, quiet. Small courtyard garden was an added bonus. Very impressed with the choice on offer for breakfast. Would definitely return!

We arrived very early in the morning and our reception was excellent. Our luggage was house - then brought up to our room for us. We were given suggestions of how to spend our morning until the room was ready. We were very pleased.

Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. It would have been quiet as well, if we had kept the windows shut. However, the air conditioning had not been switched on (or was not working) so we put up with a bit of noise from outside.

We were a bit hesitant to choose a Best Western hotel, fearing it would be too 'American' and we'd lose out on a special Paris experience. But in reality the hotel and its location were wonderful, and it was great that the staff spoke English fluently (to aid our poor French...).

In a quiet street, well served by Metro, very close to Notre Dame and the nice streets of the ‘Quartier Latin’ where is fine to walk during evening time looking for a Restaurant.

Although it was disappointing to have to wait until the stated hour of 1400 when my room would be ready it was helpful that I could leave my luggage in the basement where there was also a toilet and wash basin. It was an informal system but it worked.

Upper halls are fairly shabby and it took getting used to the old-fashioned French system of interior hall lights being automatically turned off after a short interval, leaving you in the dark. I remembered it from past years in France. You have to leave your room key in a slot to make the room lights work. Economical and very French but less convenient.Bathroom was more modern than I expected. Bedspread particularly handsome but had a small (cigarette?) hole.

We had a quadruple room, and the room on the web site was newer, so we think. The room was not clean on the floor. The maid was still cleaning on arrival, that's perhaps why she didn't do the floor any more.
The breakfast could be better and larger. My little girl (5 years old) didn't like anything of it.

On arrival we had a taxi and he knew exactly
where you were located and that was not a
problem finding the location.
Andrea was on the desk when we arrived and at other times she was exceptionally helpful
and her knowledge about places to eat and car rental etc was wonderful. Other people at the desk were equally helpful and very
pleasant, but Andrea was most helpful.
I would certainly stay there again and look
forward to another visit at your hotel.

get cases to the taxi.

It was a very charming, typical french

The receptionist was involved with an irate guest checking out. He should have asked the manager to come out to help us, which he did after awhile to deal with the person checking out.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant due to the staff being polite. However, I would point out that the inside bedsheets smelled of a previous guest and had dirty marks on them AND the top bed cover was removed for cleaning but not replaced for the rest of the stay. Why?!? Then our room door was not closed on one occasion also. We were lucky that nothing was stolen!!
Still our bathroom was clean and elevator was not noisy at all.

The website does not show how large the rooms are in the hotel. Though we never expected luxuriousness, the room seemed quite plain and small for the price we paid.
Top marks for the internet booking system though. It worked and gave us no problems.
