Everybody was very nice and helpful.

We had some minor leaking problems in the bathroom and the room inventory was quite dated but we were more than compensated by the view on the Sacre Coeur.
At the end i'm very glad to have found your website and choose this hotel.

The receptionist vas very helpful. She advised us regarding our transport back to the airport and also reserved a taxi for us.

Nice, clean, but a bit dated. Handy position between Montmartre and Seine in an area with a bunch of convenient places to eat. If you find a bargain as I did on the parisby.com you should definitely go for it. ...and get the room 701!

Perfect Hotel, I would say even charming ( we had a atticroom on the very topfloor)good situated and a real decent price. I will probably try to get the same hotel next time I go to Paris

HOTEL WAS CLEAN BUT ROOM WAS SHABBY . ONE OF THE BEDS WAS DAMAGED AND THE CURTAINS DID NOT KEEP OUT THE LIGHT IN THE MORNING . REGARDLESS ROOM WAS CLEAN . ONLY HAD BREAKFAST ONCE . IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WAS OFFERED .

It was the least officious of any Hotel I have been to.

I would have rathered a quieter room due to street noise. The room was less spacious than I liked. A kettle available would have been nice.

The booked shuttle was nearly 30 minutes late, the receptionist did check on its estimated time of arrival on two occasions and we did have some time to spare so there was not a major problem.

Moderate hotel for people that are not finicy. In a respectable area, close to main shopping Boulevards and Metro. I'd certainly consider the hotel for a future stay.

Ideal situation being in the heart of Paris. Rooms tiny, but perfectly adequate, and kept clean and tidy. Bar no longer exists, which needs to be altered on the description. Staff helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

My friend had arrived a day prior and had already checked in and stayed one night. Still there was a warm reception upon my arrival.

The hotel was quite lovely. The room was small (as expected), the bathroom was larger than anticipated. The daily maid service was good, except we never got clean glasses, no big deal.

The hotel was exactly what we had hoped for considering the very low rate we were paying. Booking through the internet was easy and a very good experience.

I have already recommended this hotel to another friend that will be in Paris in the fall. It is a perfect quaint little hotel, with a location that is easy to find everything, even for 2 Alaska girls who knew nothing about Paris, the most wonderful city in the world!

The dividing wall between the adjoining room was very thin. We could hear TV and sex noises. Although the bathromm was clean and spaicious the shower cubicle was tiny.
The in room safe deposit box did not work, we were told all safes in all rooms did not work.

Our room was on the top floor and on the small side. From what I gather this is normal in Paris. The hotel itself could do with a makeover, the lift needs a bit of work.

Elevator call button the 5th floor did not work. No one was there to help with luggage. Air conditioning was poor in my room - 502 and didn't work at all in 701 (one of the other rooms in my group.)

Taxi that was booked the day before did not show up until 45 minutes after agreed time. No one seemed to think that was a problem except me and my party. I kept getting told it would be three more minutes. Ha! We arrived at the airport very late and almost missed out flight.

Pretty good location, nice staff, but not very helpful when there was a concern or problem. I would not stay there again.

We requested a change of room as the bathroom was smelly and the new room was better in this respect. However the trundle bed in the second room was very uncomfortable.
