• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02:00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11:00 am. We take care of your luggage.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No buffet breakfast is not included. The price is 10 Eur per person.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French - English - German - Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors with one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we do have quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes some of them on the 5th and 6th floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do have 10 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we do have television with satellite international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do have telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms are all equipped with air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public parking available at 300 meters.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Direct at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy CDG and Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not at the hotel, but we book private shuttle company for our customers.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 meters - Rue du Faubourg Montmartre lines 48, 67, 74, 85.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint-Lazare railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Station Grands Boulevards at 200 meters line 8 and 9. From the metro station take rue du Faubourg Montmartre (one way street) and then second right.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes with a plug on the room telephone.
