  There are 5 floors and there is elevator; however one of the floors is not accessible with the lift.

  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.

  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
