  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is optional so never included. It is continental
    French classic (croissants, bread, fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts). Eggs on request.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You may settle whenever you want. A copy of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and French by all our staff. German or Spanish depending on the person on duty.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ground floor + 6 floors, there is a elevator that can take up to 4 persons maximum.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    This is a small property, all our rooms are quiet and are full of charm. Some rooms have exceptional views of the top of the Eiffel Tower.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some room facing the Bourdonnais Avenue do have a small balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. Just give the information on your reservation we will do our best to meet your demands.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a Sat television in all rooms with international channels available.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is direct dialling telephone in each room, with your
    own voice mail.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal. We have central heating system during winter.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, there is a computer at guests' disposal in the lobby (extra charge). We offer also cable connection from the rooms and wi-fi access (pre-paid cards).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not but there is a municipal swimming pool near the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes walk).
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a public parking, 300 meters from the Hôtel and
    we offer two car spaces in a private garage located close by (extra charge). Please reserve it with the room.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ten minutes walk from the Hotel you have a Hertz Agency.
    We can do the reservation for you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Orly is at 20 minutes by taxi, CDG is at about 45 minutes.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We work with a shuttle company for CDG Airport. Please reserve it 48 h prior to your arrival/departure.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest stop is 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Montparnasse station is about 10 minutes ride from the Hotel. Others station about 20 minutes ride. We can reserve a taxi for you.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    "Ecole Militaire" (line n. 8) at 100 meters far from the Hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, upon request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but there are many restaurants that we can recommend you in the area. We are here to help you!
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. There is ADSL connection by cable and also wireless (WI-FI). Pre-paid cards can be purchased at the reception.
