Air conditionning in rooms would have been nice.

A better street map would have been good,one comming off the ring road.

Very good poistion to see the sites of Paris,everything is very close by. Transport,food,drinks,sites,etc all close.

very nice staff and hotel good location to paris opera

they are currently istalling air conditioning but the hotel wasnt noisy due to this refurbishment work.

The staff were very friendly. Upon arrival
we got a smoking room, and it was then
immediately exchanged to a non-smoking room
upon request. The staff were also helpful
with directions to sights in Paris.

It has a small living room with books for
individual reading - great for lazy, rainy
days.

Nice and cozy hotel, relatively in the
center. Easy access to railroad station for
Eurostar travellers (Gare du Nord). Friendly
and helpful staff. In all, very good value
for money.

In Kyriad Hotel, you have good comunicated with metro and buses. It's a modest hotel but suficiently equipated for to spend a few days in Paris.

The receptionists throughout our stay were very polite and helpful as were all the other staff. Nothing was a problem for the staff.
The breakfast was also plentiful and a good selection.
Regarding the directions I used 'www.multimap.com' website, you can print off exactly how to get there, it shows the streets and exact location

The room was smaller than expected and smaller than how it appeared in the images on your website.
Our room was always kept clean and tidy by the staff each day. We had no complaints.
