  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The rates are per room and per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is optional, it is a buffet breakfast with an extra cost with a wide choice of fresh selected products.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 6 floors and we have an elevator in the building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Half of the building is on the backside and half in front the street, which is a one way street relatively quiet. We have romantic rooms under the roof.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms of the 5th floor have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Thre are 3 floors with non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All our rooms have TV and international channels
    via satellite.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is no air conditioning.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do have an Internet point and we have Wi-Fi access in the lobby and in the bar.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, but there is a public parking within 50 metres.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask at the reception desk.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Charles de Gaulle or Orly.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Mainly to the airport and on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Montholon on Rue la Fayette.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare du Nord or Gare de L'est.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest underground is Poissonniere on line no 7. It is 3 mins walk to the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are a lot of restaurants in the area and we can make reservations for you on arrival.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    We have a Wi-Fi access and connecting on the phone is also possible.
