• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Its extra, unless request of Bed and Breakfast. Continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. However we recommend the bill be settled on the check out day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Portugais, Japanease and Italien.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors. Yes, we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private & romantic rooms fully equipped.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No Extra Charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roissy, 27 km and Orly, 18.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do. Extra charge pr person from CDG Airport (please contact us). We do recommand Air France Bus, Metro (Trocadero Stop) or taxi (35-65 euros only ****depends on the traffic***30mn drive only)
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  President Wilson bus #63 every 6 mn back & forth to Invalides - Louvre & Orsay Museum- st Germain des prés - St Michel - Notre Dame - Latin Quarter- untill Gare de Lyon Train Station.
  
  Bus #30 on kleber Avenue/Trocadero every 8 mn to Montmartre, untill Gare du Nord Eurostar & Gare de L'Est.
  
  Bus #22 on Kleber Avenue/Trocadero Every 8mn to Opera House Galeries Lafayettes Dpt Store
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Eurostar Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse, Gare St Lazare, Gare D'Austerliz about 20mn by taxi upon traffic.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Trocadéro. One minute.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Meals can be delivered into your room. Meal in restaurant mare to be reserved in advance & prepaid.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
