• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is optional so never included. It is continental.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle whenever you want. An imprint of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor plus 3 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are quiet and all are full of charm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The building is on the corner of Rue d'Alésia and a small side street. All rooms face the exterior. One terrace on the third floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in all room with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The car park Avenue du Maine is a stride away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major rental companies are present in the Montparnasse station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In the north of Paris: Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport
  In the south of Paris: Orly Airport South and West terminal.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange pick up through shuttle companies that you pay on the spot.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 1 minute walking distance bus 62.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse station is at 10 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Alesia station is at 2 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Our friends the pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No probably during summer 2005.
