The receptionist was very friendly despite the late hour we came in. He sure made us feel at home right away.

Although the hotel is rather hard to locate (there is construction going on at the top of the street), once we got there the staff was very helpful and checked us in right away.

We had a lovely time. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. We were on the 6th floor and had a balcony overlooking the square. The staff members were all very helpful. I have already recommended the hotel to others.

All of the desk staff were very pleasant and spoke English which was quite helpful.

Our room was lovely but quite small. The other positive was their use of motion sensing lights -excellent energy conservation!

Great location in the city. Tucked away from the busy city but close to metro stops, tourists attractions, great food and shopping. The sign to the hotel was hard to see from down the street.
