• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, Spanish, German and Vietnamiese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet, romantic and graceful decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is only in the superior rooms, it is seasonal and there is no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Free Wi-Fi (wireless) Internet access in the lobby/bar.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not in the property but there is one nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a public parking 50 meters far from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the railway station or ask the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports are about 15 km far from the hotel.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but you can ask the reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Odeon.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is Odeon (lines 4 and 10) and it is only 50 meters far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
