We Stayed at Hotel Innova in October 2004, & found the Hotel very clean, very close to the metro line & a very good location to everything we wanted to see & do while we were in Paris, when we decided to visit Paris again this year for another holiday we immediately contacted Hotel Innova again as it is a great location & a great place to stay.

The room was very clean, plenty of space, & always well serviced.

When we decide to visit Paris again we will deffinatley stay at Hotel Innova.

I would tell them that the Hotel is very central to most locations that tourists like to visit like, Invalides, The Eiffel Tower, so very close to the metro line, and they have internet facilities, postal facilites, plus there are the essential needs close by, such as a laundramat, chemist, bank etc.

The Receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful in welcoming us to the Hotel.

We booked the Hotel back in January this year and when we arrived at the hotel room we were at first a little disappointed that we had a rear facing room[we hoped to be at the front with a better view]. But after a very good nights sleep we agreed that staying at the rear of the property had its advantages,as we had to leave the double glazed window open[as there is no air conditioning]and it was very quiet, as opposed to the front of the property with a lot of road noise.
The continental breakfast was very good and the waiter went out of way to provide as much food as we liked.

The area that the hotel is situated is excellent.[Montparnasse District 15] With cafe bars and retaurants close at hand.The most positive aspect is the fact that there is a Metro underground station right outside over the road allowing visitors easy access to all areas of Paris very cheaply.The Air France bus was a very cheap way to get from CDG airport and very comfortable but it took 1hr 15m[due to heavy traffic]and a good 15mins walk from the Bus Station to the Hotel[especially with cases]

I would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to a friend. If you want a clean and comfortable stay without the frills that larger Hotels provide then this Hotel should be an option.

A man that spoke some English greeted us and answered a few questions that we had.

The stay was great. Clean Hotel with easy access to everything. My 10 year old son and I saw a ton of things in the 3 days we were there . One on the reasons was the close proximaty to the Metro Station 50 yeards from the hotel. The room was small but that was fine, after all we were sleeping when we were there. It was very quiet and suited our needs perfectly.

The breakfast was decent also. Hot Chocolate, Coffee or tea Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, assorted Danishes, Cerial, Cheese and yogurt. All for 8 Euro which was pretty good cosidering food prices in Paris.

I would say that it was ideally located and reasonably priced.

Excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had requested a room with balcony, thinking that would be pretty in springtime. The desk clerk instead gave us a lovely, quiet interior room with a wonderful view of the beautiful Eiffel Tower! How thoughtful! It really made our stay so perfect!

I never will even think about staying anywhere else when I visit Paris which I hope is both soon and frequent! The room was beautiful, the shower was the best ever, and the view could not be improved upon. Room 77 - this is 'IT' for me!! A wonderful experience in every way.

Well, you might mention the Eiffel Tower view - but I hesitate to recommend this for fear the room will not be available to me when I want it!

We arrived late around 11pm. We had also never been in Paris before so over all I feel that we were treated very well for the type of accomidation it was.

The private bath/toilet was very small. We could hardly change clothes in it. Everything else was very nice.

The front desk person was fabulous and arranged bus and boat tours for us and gave us restaurant recommendations.

The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was immaculate. However, I had asked for a non-smoking room on a high floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower and was told that was what I would get in my online reservation and instead I got a street facing room that smelled of really stale smoke.

Breakfast was an excellent value for the money. It was like a restaurant with people there filling my glass and offering more food constantly.

A good value, make sure to state your wishes on your room clearly on check in.

The building is kind of old, and its floor we stayed was kind of dark and not very good in condition.
But the room and bathroom was nice and clean.
