The 10 minute walk to the eiffel tower isn't really 10 minutes, it's closer to 30 minutes.

Clean & welcoming but as small as I'd expect from most European cities. Close to shops (including a supermarket) and metro. The road the hotel is on is noisy, but it wasn't too much of a problem even with the windows open all night, although I would advise earplugs. Definately value for money.

Very good location - in fact one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
However, the room was tiny with hardly any space to move around after putting the luggage in. Not very easy for a stay of more than one or two days

Value for money in terms of tarif, location, helpful staff, good breakfast menu. Subject to earlier comments about room size.

the room wasn't too big, but you couldn't expect that for the price we payed. The bathroom was fully equiped and it was good staying in the Ideal Hotel.

everything to ask for was there without even having to ask for it.

Good neighbourhood, quiet surroundings, metro station nearby as well as some nice bars and (breakfast)restaurants.

Good points were cleaness of our room and
politeness of the staff.
Not so good were the noisyness from other
rooms (you could follow people's
conversation in the next room, not to
mention what was on TV). And the rooms were
very tiny. We are both pretty tall, and
hardly had room.

It was a double room but the room was very very small and conjusted. The sheets were not changed everyday.
