• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is never included and it is a buffet breakfast (croissants, cereals, yogurt, cheese,...).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle whenever you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of the rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, only 5 rooms are smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dialing telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the room, there is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have WI-FI Internet connection and there is cyber cafe 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  It is available 2 minutes from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 10 minutes walk from the hotel, Hertz agency in boulevard Vincent Auriol.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Place Italie.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Place Italie.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there are many restaurants near the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but only in some rooms at the moment.
