  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room, per night
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 7 floors and 3 lifts: one elevator for guests, one for laggages and one for room service.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, all our rooms on the façade facing the street have balcony except the second floor.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. Our second and fourth floors are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all our rooms have Sat/TV with international channels and a pay per view movie channel.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a phone in each bedroom and in each bathroom.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is individually controlled but seasonal (summer time) and free of charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but we offer high speed wireless system throughout all areas of the hotel (we sell cards at reception desk).
    Moreover we offer wi-fi connection on TV monitor with charge (infrared keyboard).
    You can also connect your laptop on the modem jack of your bedroom.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    The hotel has not its own parking but there are 2 public car parks 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Our concierge is at your disposal.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Orly airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not. We can provide chauffeured car on request (extra charge).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is 100 meters far from the hotel (Rue Rivoli).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Saint Lazare (1,5 km).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The hotel is conveniently located close to 2 subway stops: Pyramides (lines n. 7 and 14), Tuileries (line n.1)
    They are both 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only small pets (extra charge).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, the Lounge Club and its quiet Courtyard open 7 days a week from noon to 10 p.m.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. The hotel provides also wi-fi connection throughout all areas of the hotel.
