• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two building: one with five floors and one with
  four floors. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet but there are 2 rooms overlooking the rear for each floor that are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but we have a common lovely terrace with view of the Eiffel Tower on the third floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning, just fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet/e-mail access at the ground floor with
  carda ccess. WIFI free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Porte d'Auteuil.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Montparnasse.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Hotel is just at 100 m far from "Michel-Ange Auteuil" station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome and free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with free WIFI.
